Order Processing times: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Current processing time is 2-3 business days for all orders. Processing time is added in addition to shipment method.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping cut off time is 8 am (PST), Monday - Friday. Orders placed after cutoff will be processed the following day.
Packages Returned:
Incorrect/Insufficient/Bad Address or refused- Packages will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges which are not refundable. We ship to the exact address you provide us with so please double check. We are not responsible for shipping costs due to address discrepancies.
Not picked up at post office - Orders that were not picked up at the post office by the recipient will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges when the item arrives back to us.
Return policy - All Sales Final online and in store. We have testers in store if you are looking for a specific color and are more than happy to help you make an educated decision. These are professional products and proper use is imperative to the products performance. For manufacturing defects or product issues, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
