Shipping and Returns

Shipping times:

All regular standard orders (First Class, Priority Mail, and US Ground) ship out in the order they are received. Processing times are usually no longer than 2 business days from the time the order is received although we will try to ship out the same day if possible. Expedited and 2-day orders will go out the same business day if the order comes through before 1:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). All orders include tracking.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. 

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

All sales on molding and casting materials are final due to the possibility of user error and professional nature of the products. This includes silicones, clays, plaster, resins, urethanes, epoxy, release agents, pigments, and solvents. All items we stock are new from the manufacturer and batch tested for quality. 

On-line Returns on Un-Used Makeup:

Within 15 days of purchase date, please contact us for a return authorization number. We will gladly authorize your return if the makeup is new, un-opened and un-used, with all product packaging intact. Returns must include RA number we will provide you with and the original receipt from us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment when your item arrives back to us. We will contact you within 3 business days when your refund has processed. For cash purchases, customer must be present in-store and a store credit will be given. No returns or credit request accepted after 15 days of purchase date. RA number is active for 15 days from the authorization date. 


Returns received after 30 days from the purchase date are no longer eligible for refund.

Returns on Used Makeup and Accessories: 

For sanitation purposes, used items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. 

How to return your item:

1. Please contact us first for an Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of purchase date with the subject marked RETURN.  Email us at: info@stageandscreenfx.com . Please specify the reason for your return. The RA number is valid for 15 days. Returns must be postmarked within the 15 days of the active RA. 

2. Please pack your item carefully so it does not move around in shipment.

3. Include the original receipt from us and write the RA number on it.

5. We will contact you promptly when your refund has processed on our end. Your bank may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are not eligible for return or cash reimbursement. 

Packages Returned:

Incorrect/Insufficient/Bad Address - Packages returned due to an incorrect or non working address will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges. 

Not picked up at post office - Orders that were shipped out but not picked up at the post office by the recipient will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges when the item arrives back to us.

Sales tax is collected and calculated according to your region and in conjunction with your local tax laws. Sales tax will not be refunded for online purchases.
